Market Stalls & Trade Sites



The next Paparoa A&P Show is on Saturday 2nd February 2019
The North Kaipara Agricultural Association Inc. Paparoa A&P Show, one of the largest in Northland, is one of New Zealand’s longest standing events, with 2019 being the 143rd time that the Show will be staged. The Show has particular value and economic importance for the North Kaipara region, its people and businesses.
SITE POSITIONING
Feedback has told us about the importance of information sharing, power reliability, dust control, loudspeaker noise, toilet proximity and several other more minor issues. We will again be doing our best to address these with good site positioning.
SITE NUMBERING
Every site will be numbered so that they are easy for you and visitors to find.
A combined alphabetical list showing all stallholders and their activities, together with their site numbers, will be posted on all of the 12 Show Information Boards dotted around the Showground.
Information will also be displayed on the very large “What’s On At The Showground” board at the front entrance to the Showground.
PRIORITY PARKING
This allows parking for one vehicle directly beside your site. Additional vehicles may be parked in the Show general parking area free of charge.
POWER
We will have plenty of generator power for those who need it.Please advise us of your generator needs on the booking form
GATE PASSES
Two gate passes are included in your site booking fee. If you want more than two, the additional passes are available at a discount (see panel below).
SITE SIZE OPTIONS
This year we have broadened our arrangements to give you many options.

Single site required 5m x 3m @ $35.00
Double site required 10m x 3m @ 60.00
Site fees include two gate passes
Power required - one connection $30.00
Power required - two connections $45.00
One priority carpark No charge
Two gate passes No charge
Three gate passes $9.00
Four gate passes $17.50
Five gate passes $25.50
