Dispute resolution process
The North Kaipara Agricultural Association Inc. (NKAA) may use the RAS resolution process outlined at http://www.ras.org.nz/about-ras/rules-regulations/ if a dispute or incident arises at the Paparoa A & P Show.
However as both owners and lessees of the showground land NKAA reserves the right to deal with problems or disputes at its discretion.
